HOW TO USE THE RELIEF BAND Relief Bands are incredibly user-friendly. To use, first find you median nerve area, which is in the center of your wrist about one inch below the crest.
Next, apply a small amount of Lectron Conductivity Gel to the area. Place the device over the gelled area and adjust the strap so that the device sits snug against your wrist and the median nerve.
